We met during our sophomore year of college through mutual friends in Greek life, though our story didn't start right away. For months, we both secretly had a crush on each other, each apparently waiting for the other to make the first move. Thankfully, our friends eventually stepped in and confirmed what everyone else seemed to already know: we liked each other.
From the beginning, I was drawn to his sense of humor and kind heart, and I thought she was adorable and sweet. We made it official on November 24th, 2018, the night of the ASU vs. UofA game (for a while, that's how Mark remembered our anniversary).
Since then, we've grown a lot as individuals and as a couple. We've seen each other through highs and lows. Along the way, we added three spoiled pets to our family and bought our first home in 2022, continuing to build a life together that we're incredibly grateful for.
Looking back on everything from those early college days to where we are now, we had no idea we would end up here, but I think we can both agree that it's exactly what we hoped for.
